Personal data policy

Agile Extreme Europe AB strives for all information to be handled in a controlled, secure and structured manner in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you want to unsubscribe from receiving information about our upcoming trainings and newsletters, you can do so by mailing us on [email protected].
A correction or addition of incorrect personal data is processed as soon as we can. Contact us at [email protected] to complete or correct your data.
A request for registry extract and deletion takes a maximum of 3 months. You must identify yourself according to our procedures in order for us to carry out a registry extract or deletion. Contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.

Why do we need your personal data?

To facilitate our education administration, we store information about names, companies, emails, telephones and other information needed for us to provide you with a good training delivery. In many cases, we need your personal data in order for you to complete your training with us, for example, you may need to register on our learning platform.
We also need personal data to send you relevant information about our activities and upcoming training activities. This is done in the form of newsletters, course catalogues and offers. Customer data may also be used for statistical purposes as well as for development and analysis. Your name and email address are also used to answer your questions or comments via chat, email and web form.
Please note that we do not use social security numbers in our handling of personal data.

How is personal data collected and how is it stored?

For example, personal data is collected through forms, chats, incoming emails or phone calls. If you are, or have been, participants with us, your course-specific information is stored as long as we have to store it by law or agreement. After that, the personal data is deleted according to the current thinning routine.
We do not delete personal data when there is a legal requirement to store it, for example according to current accounting rules. We use de-identified information for statistical purposes and price development.
The personal data we have in our customer register that is used to send newsletters and offers about Agile Extreme Europe AB’s upcoming training activities is saved until you unsubscribe yourself.


It may be that photography takes place for the purpose of informing about our trainings, premises and events during our face-to-face courses. We handle the data, i.e. the images, with the legal basis of balancing interests. The data controller for the processing is Agile Extreme Europe AB. If you wish to receive a copy of the data, request rectification, transfer or request that we restrict the processing, object or request deletion of your data, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected]

What rights do you have as registered with Agile Extreme Europe AB?

    • You have the right to know what personal data we have about you. If they are incorrect or incomplete, you can request that they be corrected or removed. You can request, free of charge, register extracts of the personal data we have about you. Agile Extreme Europe AB only has access to personal data needed to conduct our own training and services activities.
    • You also have the right to receive information about the legal bases on which we rely, how long we will save your data and who has access to the information. You are entitled to have your data with us deleted except if there are legal reasons that force us to store the data.
    • You have the right to receive a compilation of all personal data we have about you and you may also object to the way we use your personal data.
    • You have the right to request a restriction on the use of some of your personal data and you may withdraw your consent.

If information we have stored about you is to be processed for a purpose other than that stated at the time of collection, we will inform you accordingly.

Collection and Use of Anonymous Information

We may also collect automatic, anonymous information such as browser type and version, browser language, your operating system and platform, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. This information does not identify you, but is statistical data used for analytical purposes and helps us provide more relevant services to users. For example, we may use this information to administer and troubleshoot issues directly related to the Site, such as Site administration or to analyse certain trends in Site usage.
